Our unique multi-stage cutting process ensures superior results:
Three-Stage Cutting System: The circuit board is cut by six blades arranged in three groups (A, B, C). Group A cuts 40% of the board, Group B cuts another 40% through the groove created by Group A, and Group C completes the final 20%. This progressive approach reduces cutting stress by over 80% compared to traditional single-cut methods.
Smooth Edge Quality: The multi-stage process produces exceptionally smooth board edges and surfaces without warping. This is currently the only machine that guarantees aluminum plates remain deformation-free after cutting.
Precise V-CUT Groove Positioning: Multiple cutting stages ensure smooth operation and excellent V-CUT groove positioning capability, preventing board jumping even with shallow slots.
Extended Blade Life: Reduced cutting force combined with high-speed steel blades imported from Sweden significantly extends blade durability, with lifetimes exceeding one year when cutting aluminum boards.
Laser-Calibrated Precision: All cutting blades are calibrated using excitation double-frequency laser interference measurement instruments, ensuring subsequent blades accurately continue cutting in pre-cut slots with knife point jitter under 0.02mm for perfect cutting quality.
